These Terms apply to use of solviqja.shop and purchases from POLK PUMP AND IRRIGATION, LLC, trading as solviqja.
Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information about purchases and store use.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization.
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Fraud, unauthorized access, malicious software, intellectual property infringement, and interference with store operations are prohibited.
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access.
Product information
We take reasonable care to maintain accurate descriptions, prices, images, and availability information.
Device settings may affect image appearance, but products must conform to their descriptions and applicable legal standards.
If a material error affects an order, we will explain the issue and offer appropriate options. We will not increase an agreed price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
Unless we expressly accept earlier, acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.
If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund payments collected for canceled products.
Prices and charges
The currency, applicable shipping charge, and total payable are displayed before payment.
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal exceeds US$30 after discounts. Shipping charges for orders of US$30 or less appear at checkout. Where another currency is offered, the converted equivalent threshold is disclosed.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, customs duties, and import clearance fees are included in our prices or paid by us. Customers do not pay additional tax or import charges beyond the disclosed order total.
If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, contact us to arrange payment or reimbursement.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.
We disclose delivery arrangements before purchase and obtain agreement to a longer delivery period where required.
If dispatch is delayed, we provide a revised estimate and explain cancellation and full-refund options. Any legally required consent to delayed dispatch will be obtained.
Returns and consumer remedies
Our Return and Refund Policy provides free returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Refunds are issued promptly when due and normally appear in the original payment account within 3–7 business days after issuance.
Mandatory rights concerning cancellation, faulty goods, late delivery, and non-delivery remain unaffected.
Website content and third parties
Website materials belong to their respective rights holders or are used with authorization. Personal shopping use is permitted. Commercial reproduction requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
Third-party services may have separate terms. Their involvement does not replace our responsibilities as the seller.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not remove mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and complaints
Florida law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where a consumer lives.
Customers retain any non-waivable right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

Changes
Updated Terms apply prospectively. Accepted purchases remain governed by the applicable version at acceptance unless a change is legally required or separately agreed.
